Philosophy
My experience as both a broker & an underwriting manager has lead me to identify that one of the major obstacles both to great client services, accurate administration & profitability for brokers & underwriters, is the lack of communication between the two parties & adequate systems to do so.

The objective of my consultancy is to analyse communication problems from both prospectives & implement a tailor made solution to enhance efficiency thereby reducing costs & boosting both parties bottomline.
